Delivery Estimates

We utilize the services of India's top logistics and shipping solutions to ensure a reliable delivery experience. The delivery of your order may take up to 1-3 working days, depending on your location within India.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping: Shipping is free on all orders worth ₹499 or above.

• Exceptions: In cases where shipping charges apply due to the nature of the product, the costs will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Damages

We take responsibility for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery. To process your claim, we request an unboxing video showcasing the condition of the items upon arrival. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
